Now THAT'S service! I was going to snip a piece off myself and throw it in the washer with my other fabrics.: )

Thanks. I'm tickled because that's probably what I'd do if it was my business. Was there any info on the end of the bolt? I guess I just assumed it was it was cotton, but it's a tad stiff. I wanted it for a bed skirt and hoped washing would soften it up a bit.

Again, thanks so much for your "personal touch" customer service! It's what keeps customers coming back. (That and darn good prices!)
